This covers two kinds of data: what we hold about you as a customer, and the business contact data the product provides.
What we collect about you
Your email address, the profile details you choose to share during onboarding (name, company, how you found us), your searches, exports, and billing history. We use it to run your account, improve the product, and understand which channels bring customers.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the processors needed to run the service (hosting, database, payments). Payment card details are handled entirely by Dodo Payments and never touch our servers.
The business data in the product
Lead records are aggregated from publicly listed business information (name, business email, phone, address, ratings). If your business appears in our data and you want it removed, email us and we will honor the request.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or full deletion of your account and workspace at any time by emailing support. GDPR and CCPA requests are honored regardless of where you live.
