Guffles AI provides business contact data for sales and marketing teams. By creating an account you agree to use the service as described here.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time email code; there are no passwords. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping access to your email account secure.
What you may do with the data
Leads you pull are yours to use for your own sales and marketing outreach. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the data as a dataset, and you must follow the outreach laws that apply to you (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and local equivalents).
Credits, plans, and trials
Paid plans include a monthly lead quota. New paid subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial; your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Purchased credit top-ups never expire.
Fair use
Automated scraping of the service, sharing accounts, or attempting to bypass usage limits may result in suspension. We apply rate limits to keep the service fast for everyone.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is during early access. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be announced to your account email.
