Simple rules: don't pay for what you didn't get value from, and bad data gets credited back.
Free trial
Every new paid subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and your card is never charged.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. If you were charged in error or immediately after intending to cancel, email us within 7 days and we will refund the charge.
Bad leads
If an email hard bounces, tell support and we credit those leads back to your balance. That is a credit guarantee on data quality, not a cash refund.
Credit top-ups
Unused purchased credits never expire. Top-ups are refundable within 14 days if the credits are unused.
How to request
Email support@guffles.com from your account email with the charge date. Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
